Last night I watched a video that continues to spin me out. Louie Giglio (funny name, great speaker) does a speaking tour, similar to Al Gore’s ‘An Inconvenient Truth’, except the consequences of what Louie says extend well beyond this world. He shows the size of the universe, to highlight the utter insignificance of the Earth, therefore showing the greatness of God that he would not only be interested in us, but die for us. I’m trying to track down a copy of this presentation for myself, but in the meantime, check out this 8 minute clip:

    This presentation is awesome: I love how Louie lifts your gaze, reminding us that we are not the centre of the universe. Christ is!
