Ok, I’m neither a coach potato nor aspiring to become a fitness freak. But today I got sick of my irregular fitness habits and decided to embark on a new fitness regime. Nothing fancy, no gyms or draconian schedules, just regular exercise.
LifeRemix is one of my favourite blogs (it’s really a blog network, but we won’t get hung up on a technicality).
